oracle ldap authentication problem

i Follow the following URL https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/win.112/e10845/active_dir.htm#NTQRF376

to integrae oracle with ldap but in test connectivity it failed with the below error :

>sqlplus administrator/'get@get1'@test

ORA-28030: Server encountered problems accessing LDAP directory service

Domain controller & Database Engine --> 10.10.10.11

Domain --> oracle.com

Oracle service --> test

Find below configration files

sqlnet.ora
