Unable to retrieve information from a custom Project view in Multi languages.

Hi All,

I have an issue with an LOV and a view is used to derive the data from this.

LOV is able to derive the values from this view if i can login in to apps using English,Portuguese.

I login in to the application using French and the LOV is failing with the error "ORA-01843: not a valid month"  and there are start dates and end dates of the task and seems it is not getting converted..I have checked and French language is enabled for our application and it should work.Please help to fix the issue.
