Autoinvoice Import Program is taking long time

Hi,

I have submitted a parent program "Autoinvoice Master Program" with order number parameter value. It triggered a child program "Autoinvoice Import Program" which has been completed in around 8 hours ONLY for a single order with single interface line. Please let me know if any of you experienced the same performance issue.
