During installation of an new instance, having trouble with startup nomount

Hi,

I am learning to install an Oracle 12c on Oracle Linux 7. I have already install the Oracle 12.1.0.2 database software. Now trying to use our scripts to create the first db instance.

The script will call  "startup nomount" and  I am getting error at this step.

In the alert.log , it is showing this :
