Patch 12419378 - patches conflict

Hi all,

I am facing an issue to apply patch 12419378 on SunOS DB 5.10 Generic_150400-16 sun4v sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise-T5120.

Unlucky, there is no backup on server.

May i know is there any impact and what is the impact if apply this patch?
