Upload Assets Opening Balance R12.1.3

Hi,

I ask about for uploading assets as start implementation through WEB ADI , FA passes  JEs to GL for theses assets with CLEARING accounts, so i need to know how to close/Delete this clearing account in GL at the same time i need to register all values of Assets Cost ?
