Node reboot on AIX 6.1TL8 with RAC DB 11.2.0.4

Hi expert,

We found node reboot 2 times on node1 and still not found the root cause.

Does anyone facing same with my issue?

I've already open SR to oracle support. They asking to IBM support involve this issue. because OS seem freeze around 7 minutes before go down.

and IBM support said not found any information during the system freeze also.

Right now Oracle support ask me to follow best practice AIX. we confident we are follow best practice already now oracle double review for our config.

Does anyone have any idea for this issue? Could you please help share?

I still beginner for RAC, if you need which log to verify please tell me.
