Incorrect recommendations from "security recommendations for oracle products" compliance standard

Since the October 2015 security patches were released, the "security recommendations for oracle products" compliance standard is reporting that patch 21555669 (Oracle JavaVM Component 12.1.0.1.5 Database PSU) is required on 12.1.0.2 databases.  Can anyone explain why this is the case please?
