Siebel SADMIN password change

Hi,

I did a DB refresh for one of my siebel environments and matched all the passwords with the other environment. As a result all my passwords have been changed including SADMIN and SIEBEL.

Please help with letting me know in which all places in the application I need to update my password like that of SADMIN. I changed the entparam password and recreated services and was able to bring up the siebel services. But upon trying to login I am getting the error  : Login failed for Login name : SADMIN even though I have updated the sadmin password in the eapps.cfg.
