Need Some idea on Migration

Hi,

IF we need to migrate from AS400 to Solaris environment with Oracle DB (Sparc T box), will the below steps work, or I am missing something:

**taking into account that we have only standard environments installed and we have a new Deployment server for the Spark environments.

1. Install JDE on the new hardware set and configure it same as the current one.

2. Migrate the database from DB2 to Oracle.

3. Copy paste the folders of pathcodes from current Deploymenr box to new deployment box.

4. Build a full package for each pathcode and deploy.

5. Go-Live with the new JDE infra.

What else considerations is needed, Please Advise.
