per processor license enquiry

Hi,


We recently purchased Oracle 11g Enterprise Edition Per processor (Perpetual License) license. One of the Oracle Gold partner said that per processor covers only 25 users. I was wondering what is the difference between Named user License and Per processor license if both of them count users!

Please specify any document where it shows per processor supports unlimited users.

Appreciate your help in this regard.
