enable "BatteryEnabledLocally" & "BatteryEnabledByAlt" in Storage STK6140

Hi,

Below two option was showing in "no" status" previously it was "Yes" Status in Sun Storage 6140

Can some one help me how to make it to "Yes"

We have reset the controller but still it showing.
