Journal Category field gets freeze once We enter and save a Journal

Hi,

After We enter and save a journal, the Category field gets freeze and We are unable to change it on R12 instance. We are able to change it on one instance and unable to do it on the other instance.

Is there any way wherein We can change a Journal category after entering and saving a journal.
