Favorite List in RPAS/RDF

We are Implementing Fav List functionality in RDF using pqdMgr utility. Wanted to know is there any way to delete the Fav list from the front end also Can we restrict users from not to delete or edit the favorite list content, just wanted to show them the fav list content.
