Getting ERR_TRANS_ALREADY_OPEN error while create customer

Hi

  I have created a customer account using BRMCUSTSERVICE wsdl few days ago and it create successfully. But now when I am try to create a new customer account, I am getting ERR_TRANS_ALREADY_OPEN error.

Please help me in resolving this issues.
