RCR executing the same work flow 4 times for one record

Hi Team,

Have submitted one job with component wfprocbatchmanager with search spec. With that search spec only one record is there in db but the provided wf got executed 4 times for the same record and sent four mails.

Have created one wf to send emails to various users, based on end date it will send emails to the users.

Please let me know why it's behaving like that?
