14.0.3 - SIM outbound messages failing with JNDI Lookup Error in MPS staging table

Hi All,

We are in the process of upgrading to SIM 14.0.3 from SIM 14.0.2. SIM Outbound is not working for any message family. Inbound is totally fine. We looked into an existing Note "JNDI Lookup Error When SIM Tries To Publish Messages To RIB In Cluster Environment ( Doc ID 2068823.1 )" and the error is exactly same.  But we are not in a cluster environment and we are in 14.0.3.  The changes are SIM is 14.0.3 and DB is upgraded to 12C database. I believe it shouldn't be anything to do with DB version.


We verified the RIB-SIM URL and the credentials. They look fine.
