Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In Pending transaction in which case transaction mode : background processing.

While doing month end close some transaction are pending due to transaction mode is background processing what is the reason behind it.
