SOE does not show balance in past after processing Sick Time
When we process sick time element in payroll, the statement of earnings reduces the balance which is correct. However we noticed if you datetrack backwards the balance is not kept for each pay period. It is wiped out all the way back. Is this correct? If not, what did we need to do to maintain the balance each pay period on the SOE?
