How to migrate OEM Cloud Control from one server to another?

Hello,

What is the best way to migrate an existing OEM Cloud Control on a Linux server into an Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) machine?

I need to migrate OEM Cloud Control, 12.1.0.5 from a Linux box to an ODA Linux machine.  The ODA will be Virtualized Platform.  Is there a tool or utility to migrate Cloud Control (database repository and OMS) on a Linux server into ODA?

If there is not a tool for migration of Cloud Control, do I then install Cloud Control on ODA and then manually re-create all the jobs, alerts, and credentials in the new Cloud Control?
