R12.1.3 - Depot repair workbench- Logistics RMA- Autoreceiving errors out

Hi


We are on R12.1.3 and trying to check the functionality of RMA Autoreceiving .While performing receiving,it errors as below

Error occurred in receiving processor (rvtptcontrol failed RVTSH-140: Subroutine rvtshiline () returned an internal error.

Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. RVTSH-189: Subroutine rvtshiline () returned error 

Cause: Subroutine rvtshiline () returned an internal error. 



When the RMA receiving was done using Receipts screen,we don’t have this error.
