Drilldown on recent records on View is not possible

Hi Oracle Community,

the executives in the client company are not able to drilldown on recent records on a specific view, because these are being displayed as simple texts (in black).

However when we log in as SADMIN or Siebel Administrators we are able to see recent records on the same view and drilldown on them.

We logged in as one of those executives and checked if the recent records exist in the corresponding List Applet. They exist, they weren't deleted or removed.

We don't understand what's going on here. Attached you'll find two screenshots for a comparison.

Can you please help us with this issue?.
