How to notify in e-mail or worklist for programs which has transactions

Hi,

Is there a way to notify users with program outputs (in e-mail and work list), which really has some data/transactions, as a result of daily auto run programs in PA?

for example: generate draft invoice for a range of projects or interface draft invoice to AR request set in PA?

Currently, I have mentioned email ids in program options, while scheduling, and the outputs are being received by users daily even though there is no data/transactions in the output. User just want to receive only programs notifications in email or work list if there is really some data/invoice generated.
