Why do I get "Node (******, ****) doesn't exist in cache" while clicking on a Task object

I am getting "Node (12809, 1048) doesn't exist in cache" pop up  when I click on a Task delegated to me, from My Assignment table. I checked the Nodetable in DB & found both nodes to be existing! Please help.
