Can we set the 'Apply Filter By Alert' in 14.1 FusionClient to be enabled by default?

Hi,

We would like to set the Apply Filter By Alert option to be enabled by default in a workbook, so that it doesn't have to be done manually by the user ever time.

Is there a way to do this?
