New Material Plan in ASCP

Hello Experts,

We are seeing a strange issue while accessing the New Material Plan from ASCP Workbench, When we use the standard responsibility Advanced Supply Chain Planner, we are able to open the material plan. However when use the custom responsibility, it doesn't allow to access the Material plan and gives the following error:

Function Not available to this responsibility. Change responsibility or contact your system Administrator.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
