JOB COMPETENY RATING VERSUS THE COMPETENCY RATING

In the application P087712 we have the possibility to update the rating in the job competency level (this value is translated to the existing competencies)

But how we can update the second level –the competencies level-?

Is possible to add the rating in the second level?
