Hi We are trying to install Siebel IP15 binaries on webserver ,we are facing issue of eAutomotive EN

Hi We are trying to install Siebel IP15 binaries on webserver ,we are facing issue of eAutomotive ENU language We want to install binaries with all languages. It installs for JPN but not for ENU.

It worked on App Server. Is there anything specific  on webserver that we should look for so that it can be installed.
