Logged out of Batch What happens to the NN and transactions

Hi Comm

when you are in a batch and get logged out  inadvertently e.g. power off session timeout etc the NN which is assigned everytime you begin a batch is lost correct?And the transactions e.g. if a large voucher matching entry is made. Is there a way to prevent the loss of the data and the NN
