SPL "Lync Emergency Call" also working for i.e. CallManager?

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hello,

as am experiencing some Post dial delays of a PSTN GW, am wondering if spl-options +return_183_on_initial_invite would also work/trigger if applied on a non-Lync SA.

Or is this SPL strictly scripted for Lync and Emergency call condition.
