the move order sequence logical of replenishment move order

Hello

In below notes shows , generate replenishment move order will following the sequence of MTL_REPLENISH_HEADERS_S.

But I found that , the replenishmment move order did not following this sequence. In my instance, for replenishment move order , request_number same as head_id, and for one organization, header_id of replenishment following a specific sequence.

Is there any setup can restrict the replenishment move order generate following which sequence?
