Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 12.2.4 - How can Capture counter reading be done from service reqeust?

Should it be possible to enter counter from SR? Or should this only be possible in IB or from service contract?

Get following message when I try to enter/save anything:

"Either Counter Readings or Adjustments or Resets Readings should be captured"

Navigate to Service Responsibility

- Create Service Request for an instance that has counter

- Navigate to Menu -> Tools 2 -> Counter Capture
