How to Book Internal Sales Order after Improt process of Sales Order completes?

Dear Experts,

We are creating the internal sales order , but we need to book the sales order automatically when import process completes. Another requirement is that when ISO is created there is no Sales Person assigned on it, so from where we can default the Sales Person on ISO after importing the ISO.
