I want to know if below org item general planning tab parameters, can be be overwritten by any other set up/profile options?

Please provide me link/note id, etc.

Safety Stock - Method

Safety Stock - Bucket Days

Safety Stock - Percent

Order Modifiers - Fixed Order Quantity

Order Modifiers - Fixed Days Supply

Order Modifiers - Fix Lot Multiplier
