Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Outside Processing *op1 - Items

We have an intermittent problem when a version of R31410 is used to attach a Routing which has been set up for Outside processing.

Our default setting for the Lot Process Type in the Item Master is 1 i.e. Lots assigned using date.

Occasionally we find that the Lot process type of the *OP1 Item is Blank

Any ideas why this is happening?
