Selling UOM issue for department zone level fixed promotion

Hi All,

we are setting up department zone level promotion with fixed price change type byt selling uom is not accepting any sicne we have two different UOMs (EA,KG) for the items under same department.

Please let me know how to fix the issue and setup a department level promotion for the depatment which has different selling UOM's.
