Need to install Oracle Linux-R7-U1-Server-x86_64-dvd on vmware on the desktop, facing issue: kernel

Hi,

I need to install, 12c on my desktop using vmware. I got the software oel-64 bit .. while installling this oel 64 bit, i'm getting below issue:-

Need to install Oracle Linux-R7-U1-Server-x86_64-dvd on vmware on the desktop, facing issue: kernel panic not syncing fatal exception

Please help...
