Customizing the repair and return process

Hi All,

Our customer wants to add an additional ship line while creating a repair and return repair type. Total 3 lines, One RMA(Receive) line and 2 ship lines (shipment after repair, shipment as a replacement).

Business requirement: User enters repair and return repair type for receiving the part for repair through RMA and after repair it will be shipped from shipment line. If the product is not repairable, a new part will be shipped through the 3rd shipment line. As this scenario acts as replacement, the new part should inherit the warranties of replaced party.

They want a new ship line to be created automatically and should behave as replacement process like warranties of the replaced product should be inherited to replacement product.
