Technician schedules don't show on Plan Board and Gantt Chart in Dispatch Center

Hi,


We are using field service application in version 12.2.4.


We found some warning message below after submitted program "Generate Field Service Trip",

 

Generate Trips Concurrent Program Started.

Action is REPLACE and the date range has been set to 30-NOV-15 and 06-DEC-15 inclusive.

Processed resource Intasan, Miss Wisansaya (Employee Resource, 10061).

  Failed to create the trip for the resource  between 30-NOV-2015 08:30 and 30-NOV-2015 16:30. &REASON

  Failed to create the trip for the resource  between 01-DEC-2015 08:30 and 01-DEC-2015 16:30. &REASON

  Failed to create the trip for the resource  between 02-DEC-2015 08:30 and 02-DEC-2015 16:30. &REASON

  Failed to create the trip for the resource  between 03-DEC-2015 08:30 and 03-DEC-2015 16:30. &REASON
