Audit Report on Project Key Member assignments (Oracle Ebiz Projects Suite R12.2)

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement of having an Audit Report on Key Members/Team Members assigned to a project.

The Audit report should state changes done on Key Members like adding a Key member, removing a Key Member, changing the start date and end date of an assigned role. The Audit report should also state who made what change on what date.

We are not using PJR neither workplan assignments and we also don't want to have audit trail enabled on PA_PROJECT_PLAYERS table.

Request you to pass on suggestions/knowledge on how can we achieve the same.
