Watch list alerts combining amounts from 2 records

Hi,

    We have a bunch of employees who can work for 2 companies in the same year. They will have 2 records for a DBA in F06146.

Is there a way to have alerts if an employee exceeded a specific YTD amount for a particular DBA having history from 2 different companies for that year ?

Also would like to know if there is a way other than watchlists.

Please suggest.
