Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Debrief line Labour end date defaulting value.

Hi Team,

While providing a Debrief line end time for One hour but it is calculating 25 hours.

Please let me the reason . Is there any set-up missing or profile options to required.

CSF: Debrief Service Date Validation this option set to Between service request incident time and current time.

CSF: Default Labor Debrief Date/Time' = Schedule Date.
