I have Oracle AQ problem, message stays in queue for about 15 seconds without any reason before bein

Hi,

I have a multi-consumer queue (Oracle 12.1.0.2.0 EE Linux 64).  Attached to this queue is dbms_scheduler Job, which is supposed to go off for each arriving message.

All is working as expected, except message stays in queue for about 15 (varies) seconds before being processed (something less than second would be more or less acceptable)

Has anyone noticed something similar or have a clue, how to correct situation.
