Project Update Security

Hi,

I am a support consultant. While i want to update dates on Project/Tasks, they are grayed out to me.

There are 2 employees that are trying to update the dates. It allows for one employee, but not for other employee. None of them are key members on project.

So, i am trying to understand, how is this security setup done. Appreciate any sort of help.
