Siebel 15 database upgrade fails with SQL statement error

Dear Community,

I am currently facing an issue with database upgrade from Siebel version 8.1.1.5 to Siebel 15.

Database Configuration Wizard fails in stage "Prepare for table creation SEA" with the following error:

I truncated table S_BRDCST_MSG, but with nosuccess.

Maybe someone have experience with similar issue during upgrade?
