11.1.1.7 install

I need to install Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.7 to support reporting on another Oracle Product.  To install Oracle BI, I need Weblogic 10.3.6.0, Oracle HTTP Server and database connection.

Do I need any addtional software? My other Oracle product is running 12c, can I install the BI Publisher under the 12c Administration Server?
