Managing Middleware using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

BI Publisher OEM SOA Management Pack Reports

We have OEM 12.1.0.3 installed with SOA Management packs and BI Publisher SOA reporting

Can someone point me to usage guides for the running of these reports,  they seem either extraordinarily slow

or return with no data, even though OEM metric consoles (eg SOA composiites) are definately showing

data
