Carried over balance in AP accrual account for inventory items

Ending balance for AP accrual account for inventory items do not tie back to Accrual reconciliation report. We carry an on-going delta of USD $32,096.11 for few years now. Could someone suggest easy way to find the source for this difference?  Please remember this is very old difference carried over.    We do online accrual for inventory item.

Appreciate suggestion to clean up this.
