Reports Migration from OTM 6.3.4 to OTM 6.4

Is it possible to migrate reports created in OTM 6.3.4 (xsl and rtf files) to OTM 6.4 BIPublisher server? From looking at the sample reports in OTM 6.4 I am seeing xdm for the data model and rtf files for the layout.

I have quite a few reports that would need to be redeveloped if I cannot migrate them.
