ST passing rounded unit price to OT

ST F4211.UNCS  field is 4 decimals, F4211.UPRC is 2,  resulting in a rounding of the unit price which is passed to the OT.  COGS on the ST is booked based on value in SDUNCS so the transaction doesn't wash.  Has anyone run up against this and is there a simple solution? R42950 doesn't help and advanced pricing doesn't appear to be an option, even using a rounding rule as there will always be a slight difference between UNCS vs UPRC.  Appreciate any suggestions.
